1. THE SCRIPTURES ARE INSPIRED
The Bible, both Old and New Testaments,
are verbally inspired of God and is the infallible, authoritative rule
of faith and conduct.
2. THE ONE TRUE GOD
The one true God
has revealed Himself as the eternally self-existent "I Am",
the Creator of heaven and earth, and the Redeemer of mankind. He has
further revealed Himself as embodying the principles of relationship
and association as Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
3. THE DEITY
OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST
Jesus is both God and man, the Christ, Ruler
of all, born of a virgin, lived sinless, performed miracles, died for
all, rose from the dead, and is coming again.
4. MAN
Man,
created knowing only good, disobeyed God and brought sin into the world
and death by sin.
5. ANYONE MAY BE SAVED
Anyone who repents
of their sins and believes in the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus
Christ shall be saved.
6. BAPTISM IN THE HOLY GHOST
The Baptism
in the Holy Ghost is separate from being born again. The Holy Ghost
regenerates all that are saved, but not all that are saved are baptized
in the Holy Ghost.
7. THE INITIAL PHYSICAL EVIDENCE
The initial
physical evidence of being baptized in the Holy Ghost is the speaking
with other tongues as the Spirit of God gives utterance. the continual
evidence is a life endued with power to witness in word and deed to
the glory of Jesus Christ and the bestowing of gifts for the work of
ministry.
8. SANCTIFICATION
We believe in immediate
and continual sanctification by willfully separating from our sins unto
God for His service.
9. THE CHURCH
The Church is the
Body of Christ and the habitation of God through the Spirit. The gates
of hell have not, are not, and will not prevail against the Church.
10.
THE CHURCH'S PURPOSE
The purpose of the Church is E.A.T.S.
- Evangelize, Assemble, Train, and Serve.
11. HEALING
Divine
healing is provided for in the atonement. We are commanded to pray for
the sick to be healed.
12. RAPTURE
The dead in
Christ shall rise and then those that are alive and remain shall be
caught up (raptured) to meet the Lord in the air. This is the imminent
and blessed hope of the Church.
13. SECOND COMING
The
second coming of Christ includes the rapture, God's wrath poured out
on earth, and Jesus' physical return with Saints to reign on earth for
one thousand years.
14. FINAL JUDGMENT
There
will be a final judgment. All who live in disobedience to God will be
cast into hell. Hell is everlasting punishment. this is the second death.
15.
HEAVEN
A new Heaven and earth, where dwells only righteousness,
will be established.
16. ORDINANCES
The ordinances
are baptism by immersion in water following salvation, and communion.
The bread and the fruit of the vine are symbols.
